Overview
How this division works.
Mining earns its licence twice: once from the regulator, and continuously from the community around the site. We plan both from the start — every site carries a rehabilitation and closure plan before the first cut, and community agreements are negotiated as commitments rather than gestures.
Operationally the division focuses on industrial minerals and construction aggregates, where domestic demand is driven directly by infrastructure spending. Vertical integration with our leasing division gives us plant availability and maintenance capacity that independent operators typically buy at a premium.

Yes. Every site operates under valid mineral title and the statutory permits for its activity. We do not operate on unresolved or contested titles.
It is rehabilitated to the closure plan filed before work began. Rehabilitation runs progressively during operation rather than being deferred to the end.
