REM · Operating division

We manage your propertiesfor stronger returns.

We protect, operate, and grow property portfolios so owners earn more, tenants stay longer, and every asset performs like a well-run business.

Overview

How this division works.

We develop property we would be willing to hold. That single discipline drives every decision upstream: how we underwrite a site, how much we spend on structure and services versus finish, and which locations we decline.

The division runs the full cycle — acquisition and title verification, feasibility and design management, construction delivery, then handover into asset management or sale. Industrial and logistics property is a growing share of the pipeline as manufacturing and retailing demand shifts.

Questions

Answered plainly.

Both, depending on the asset. Residential schemes are typically brought to market; industrial and selected commercial assets are more often held and operated for yield.
Yes. Joint ventures where land is contributed against development equity are a core part of the pipeline. Terms depend on title status, location and scheme viability.
Verification and perfection are completed before we commit capital or announce a scheme. We do not develop on unresolved title.
Yes — as a development manager or under a joint venture. We will run feasibility first and tell you plainly if the numbers do not support the scheme.
